Oven Roasted Cauliflower

My boyfriend and I made lunch. We needed a vegetable dish to balance our meal so we made this. Simple, healthy, and delicious!




Serves: 2

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
one cauliflower
2-3 gloves of garlic, minced
half a lemon
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper


Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 350F. Cut cauliflower into florets. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Drizzle olive oil over making sure to cover all the florets. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic over florets. Mix well and place in a baking pan in a single layer, uncovered. Place in oven for 30 minutes or until tops are slightly brown. Test by forking the florets. The fork should easily go through.
