This blog really blossomed when I was a medical school a couple years back. Being a poor medical student, I really had to improvise some of the recipes. I liked making food that isn't too complicated and doesn't require a million ingredients especially ingredients that I can't reuse. Also food for one! 

I am not longer a party of one but I still enjoy cooking/baking and the idea of simple, delicious, and easy recipes.
