French Toast




Makes: 5-6 slices

Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 4-5 tablespoons of milk
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 5-6 slices of bread, wheat or white works
- 1 teaspoon of oil
- pinch of salt

Crack eggs into a shallow dish and add sugar, milk, and salt. Using a fork scramble/mix everything. Soak the bread in this mixture and in a pan on medium heat with cook the bread soaked in the egg mixture. It is done when the egg is fully cooked.

Enjoy as is or with powder sugar or syrup.
