Cheesy Garlic Biscuits

I love biscuits! This is so easy that I think I am going to make these for breakfast.
Serves: 6-12

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
Biscuits:
1 pack buttermilk biscuit mix (or Bisquick, about 1 1/2cups)
1 1/2cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk
Coating:
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp oregano (you can omit or use less)
3/4 tsp garlic salt

Directions:
Pre-heat 400F
Put biscuit mix, cheese and milk in a bowl and mix well to form a sticky dough
Spoon, ball up the dough, and place on baking sheet.
Roughly around 1 - 1.5 inch(es) diameter and place 1.5 inches apart
Place into oven for 10 minutes
Melt butter and mix in the oregano and salt
Brush butter mixture over the biscuits (for a healthier version you can use olive oil)
Place biscuits back into oven for 5 minutes
Reduce heat to 350F and bake for another 5-6 minutes
Enjoy fresh or the day after
