Probably the most famous Chinese dish. If there is a lot of left over rice, then there will be fried rice the next day! Some people say fried rice is the best when it is made with day old rice.

Cook Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- ~3/4 cup of left over rice
- 1 lop chun (Chinese sausage), cooked and chopped
- 2 eggs, scrambled
- 1/2 green onion, chopped
- 1 cup of finely chopped onion
- 1 cup cooked carrots, chopped
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 3 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
Directions:
In a medium to large skillet while over medium-high heat pour in oil and onions. After a minute or two while the onion has been cooked add all solid ingredients. Stir around while adding soy sauce and garlic salt. Depending on how savory you like your food add more or less soy sauce. Please taste before adding more soy sauce. You can't take it back.
