Asian Grilled Shrimp

July 4th is about fireworks, getting plenty of sun, and of course some barbeque!




Serves
: 2-3

Prep Time
: 30 minutes

Cook Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients
:
1 lb shrimp, de-veined and shells removed
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
3 cloves of garlic minced
1 green onion, chopped finely

Directions:

Place shrimp in a bowl and add all the ingredients. Using hands or a large wooded spoon mix the shrimp making sure all the shrimp is coated. Let sit for thirty minutes.

Grill for about 4-5 minutes until shrimp is orange. Should be soft in the middle but its still tasty if its well-done.
