Fried Rice

This is my standard fried rice dish.





Serves: 2

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
~3/4 cup of left over rice (you can use fresh cooked rice too but day old rice is usually preferred)
1 lop chun (Chinese sausage), cooked and chopped
2 eggs, scrambled
1 green onion, chopped
3 gloves of garlic, minced
1 cup peas, cooked
2 tablespoon oil
3 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic salt

Directions:

In a medium to large skillet while over medium-high heat pour in oil and garlic. After a minute or two while the garlic has been cooked add all solid ingredients. Stir around while adding soy sauce and garlic salt. Depending on how savory you like your food add more or less soy sauce. Please taste before adding more soy sauce. You can't take it back.
