Parmesan Roasted Potato Wedges

I like potatoes and I like Parmesan cheese. Why not combine the two?




Serves: 2-3

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 35-40 minutes

Ingredients:
3-4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon paprika

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 425F.
In a small bowl mix together the cheese, garlic salt, and paprika.
In a large mixing bowl, toss olive oil and potato wedges. Make sure all the wedges are coated in olive oil.
Dump the bowl of cheese, garlic, and paprika into the mixing bowl. Toss the wedges around.
Empty the mixing bowl onto a baking pan and place into the oven.
After 25 minutes take the pan out and flip all the wedges.
Place back into the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
Add salt or pepper to taste.
