Petite Sirloin Steak

I got this for $2.52! What a great deal and it is so easy to cook! Serve with a side of potatoes or a salad and you have a steak dinner!
Serving size: 1

Prep Time: 50 minutes

Cook Time: 6 minutes

Ingredients:
Petite Sirloin Steak
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Take the steak out of the refrigerator and let sit for 30-45 minutes. 
Place a pan on a high medium stove top.
While the pan is heating up, sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides.
Coat each side with vegetable oil, don't use olive oil.
Place on the pan and cook for about 3 minutes. I had a thin steak and I like it medium. If you have thicker steak or you like it well done go for 5-6 minutes.
Flip the steak and cook that side for 3 minutes too.
Let cook for 10 minutes before eating.
