Parmesan Topped Green Beans & Chicken





Serves: 2

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
1/2 lb fresh green beans, remove ends
1 chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/8 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese, I used shaker Parm
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon of starch
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
splash of sesame oil

Directions:
- In a pot, boil water and toss in the green beans. Turn heat to a simmer. Cook for about 10 minutes or until the green beans are tender.
- After the green beans are in the water and cooking. Mix the chicken with the soy sauce, starch, and sesame oil.
- In an oiled pan on medium-high heat, toss in garlic.
- Add the chicken and cook until the chicken is fully cook, about 2-3 minutes.
- Drain the green beans and toss into pan with the chicken.
- Mix well and then plate.
- Sprinkle Parmesan over the green beans and chicken
- Enjoy!
