Breakfast Pizza




Serves: 3

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
- 1 bag of fresh pizza dough
- 3 eggs
- 3 stalks of green onions
- 5 pieces of bacon, cut into small pieces & pan fried
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 cup grated mozzarella
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoons minced flat-leaf parsley
- 1 tablespoons minced chives
- 1 tablespoon of garlic salt
- Olive Oil

Directions:

Preheat oven to 500F

Flour the ball of dough and let it rise about 20 minutes before rolling and baking. Roll out into your desired pizza shape. Sprinkle olive oil on the surface of the pie with parsley, chives, and garlic salt. Sprinkle half of the cheese over the surface in addition to adding the bacon and the green onions. Add the rest of the cheese. Crack the eggs on top and toss into the oven for 10 minutes.
