Herb Floured Chicken




Serves: 2

Prep Time: 30 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
- 2 skinless chicken breast
- water
- salt
- 1/2 cup of flour
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- oil

Directions:

Soak defrosted/fresh chicken breast in brine water (salt + water 1:1) for 30 minutes. While you soak the chicken mixed all other ingredients in a bowl. After soaking slice chicken thin about 1 cm thick. Flour the chicken and fry in oil-ed pan.
