Garlic and Soysauce Green Beans




Serves: 2-3

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
- 1 bag of green beans, washed and ends removed
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of corn starch
- 2 tablespoon of soy sauce

Directions:
- Oil a pan on medium-high heat
- Add garlic
- Add the green beans
- Add 1/2 cup of water
- Allow to boil and turn heat down to simmer
- Cook for about 8 minutes or until the green beans are tender
- In a small bowl mix corn starch, soy sauce, and a bit water. Corn starch should be completely dissolved
- Pour into pan
- Push around the green beans
- The liquid should solidify (if it isn't you're not done)
- Enjoy!
