Scrambled Egg Baby Corn

I was making dinner for Cathy and myself one day 4 years ago and with all the available ingredients I had, I made this




Serves: 2

Prep Time
: 2 minutes

Cook Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

1 can of baby corn, drained & washed
2 eggs, beaten
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2-3 tablespoon of oyster sauce
1 tablespoon of oil

Directions:

Heat oiled-pan on medium-high heat. Toss in minced garlic and washed baby corn. After the baby corn has warmed up ~2 minutes pour the beaten eggs on top of the baby corn. Let eggs cook. Stir around the baby corn and egg until all of the egg has been cooked. Pour in oyster sauce. Stir until oyster sauce covered everything. Enjoy!
