Garlic & Thyme Glazed Carrots

My boyfriend and I celebrated our 4 year anniversary by going to Roast for dinner. We ordered baby carrots and they were so tasty that we decided to try to make it ourselves.

Serves: 1

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
- batch of baby carrots (I bought organic carrots which is the size of baby carrots- it was only 7 carrots)
- 1 teaspoon of butter
- 2 sprigs of thyme leaves (I used preserved thyme)
- 1/2 cup of chicken broth
- 1 clove of garlic -crushed

Directions:
- In a pan, melt butter and sprinkle in some thyme.
- Add the carrots.
- Pour in the chicken broth
- Cover for 10 minutes or until broth is almost gone
- Uncover for 1 minute or until broth has evaporated.
- Season with salt or pepper if needed.
- Enjoy!
