Broiled Lobster Tail

Easy!

Serves: 2

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 5-10 minutes

Ingredients:
- 2 lobster tails
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- salt to taste
- ground pepper to taste
- 2 lemon wedges

Directions:
- Preheat broiler - option high if available
- Place lobster tails on a baking sheet. With a sharp knife or kitchen shears, carefully cut top side of lobster shells lengthwise. Pull apart shells slightly, and season meat with equal amounts butter, paprika, salt, and white pepper. 
- Broil approximately 1 minute per ounce or until lightly brown and lobster meat is opaque 
- Garnish with lemon slice. ENJOY!
