A modification of a previous dish I made: Parmesan Roasted Potato Wedges This is a little softer but with a bit of a crisp whereas the wedges were more like fries. I feel this is a bit healthier too.
Serves: 4
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 30-45 minutes
Ingredients:
4 cups cubed Yukon Gold potatoes
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp pepper
4 tbsp Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425F
Use olive oil on the bottom of the baking dish to prevent sticking
Toss in the potatoes and drizzle the olive oil over
Sprinkle garlic salt, salt, paprika, pepper, and Parmesan Cheese
Using your hands or an utensil mix the potatoes making sure they are all coated
Toss into the oven
I like to take the potatoes out every 15 minutes and flip them around
This also gives you an idea of how well they are cooked
Depending on how crispy you want your potatoes you can keep them in the oven longer
