Saucy Asian Meatballs
Meatballs are so easy to make! Please check out the recipe source for the recipe of the sauce.
Serves: 2-3
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 12 minutes
Ingredients:
2 lbs. ground pork or ground beef
2 tsp. sesame oil
1 cup Panko or breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2 eggs
3 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 cup thinly-sliced green onions
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400
Mix everything together
Roll into balls with the palm of your hand. ~1.5 inches in diameter
Place on a greased baking pan
Bake for 10-12 minutes until the meatballs are golden and aren't pink inside
