Deviled Eggs
My friend really likes boiled eggs so I told her to come over for dinner so I can make her some deviled eggs. Super easy!
Serves: 10-12
Cook Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients:
1 dozen eggs
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 stalk of green onion, chopped
Salt and pepper
Paprika
Directions:
Boil eggs for 10 minutes and soak in cold/ice water. Peel the eggs and using a knife cut down the middle of each egg lengthwise. Using a spoon scoop out the yolks into a bowl. Add mustard, mayo, and green onions. Using a fork mash and mix. Taste and depending on your preference add salt and pepper. I don't because the mayo and the mustard is really flavorful already. Spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves. Sprinkle paprika on top. You can serve immediately but most chill then serve.
