Super easy recipe! I finally know how to cook fish!
Serves: 1
Prep Time: 2 minutes
Cook time: 6 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 pieces of Tilapia
- Salt
- Pepper
- A slice of butter
- Veggie oil
Directions:
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the fish
- Toss a slice of butter and oil into a pan on medium-high heat
- Place fish on pan.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes
- Flip
- Cook another 2-3 minutes
- Enjoy!
(I used a bit of butter for flavor. If you are health conscious - use just oil. If you are not health conscious- use just butter)
