Serves: 6-8
Prep Time: 2 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp minced garlic
Directions:
- Prepare edamame according to package directions. Drain well.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, chile oil, and hoisin sauce
- In a large frying pan heat oil (medium heat).
- Toss in garlic and edamame
- Cook for 2 minutes or until garlic is just turning color
- Transfer to a bowl or platter
- Drizzle soy-chile-hoisin mixture and mix well
