I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving. This year I am especially grateful for my boyfriend who came all the way to Michigan to spend Thanksgiving with me. We had our own little Thanksgiving celebration. We made bountiful amounts of food which I will be writing entries on so please check back regularly!
It has to be Baby Bak Choy not large American Bak Choy!
Serves: 2
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 8 minutes
Ingredients:
- 4 cups of Baby Bak Choy
- Vegetable Oil, 3~ tablespoons
- Quarter of an Onion, Chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt
Directions:
Wash and peel leaflets off the stems. Oil a pan over medium heat. Toss in garlic and onions. After a minute, add the bak choy. Cook for 3-5 minutes until greens are wilted and the stalks are crisp-tender. Add salt to taste.
