Oven Roasted Asparagus
Serves: 2
Prep Time: 5 mins
Cook Time: 10 mins
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of aparagus
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- Aluminum Foil
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425F
- Wash Asparagus
- Snap ends of asparagus. Will snap at natural weak point.
- Pat dry
- Place in a single layer on aluminum foil
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle salt and black pepper
- Wrap up the foil so the asparagus is all covered
- Toss into oven for 10 minutes
- Enjoy!
