Ingredients:
1 chicken breast, cut into cubes
5 long strands of Chinese green beans, ends removed and cut into pieces (2 inches)
2 tablespoons of light soy sauce
1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil
1 tablespoon of corn starch
2 teaspoon of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of vegetable oil
Sprinkle of sesame seeds
Directions:
1) In a dish place cubed chicken. Add in the soy sauces, sesame oil, corn starch, and brown sugar. Mix well. Let sit for 10-15 minutes.
2) While the chicken is marinating. Bring a pot of water to boil and boil the green beans for 5 minutes. Drain and let sit.
3) In a pan, add oil and toss in chicken with any extra marinade. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes and add in the green beans. Stir around for 1 minute
4) Plate chicken and green beans. Sprinkle sesame seeds over. Enjoy!
