Sesame Noodles




Serves: 8

Prep Time
: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
Coarse salt
1 pound thin spaghetti
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
1 to 2 garlic cloves
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup rice vinegar
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
Optional Toppings
2 medium carrots, peeled and shredded
chopped green onions
4 Chinese sausages- chopped

Directions:
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, drain, and place in a large bowl.
Blend peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and sesame oil until smooth. I don't own a blender so I just used a fork and some elbow grease.
Cook/prepare your toppings and toss toppings and sauce over the spaghetti. Mix well and serve at room temperature.
