Hi! I am back. I spent the last three weeks moving in, prepping for medical school, and is now done with my first week as the lowest on the medical totem pole, a year 1 medical student.
Having just moved in, I don't have a lot of cooking ingredients to work with so this would be a great recipe for college students.
Serve: 1
Prep Time: 2 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 pieces of bread (white or wheat)
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoon of milk
- 1 tablespoon of oil
Directions:
Mix egg, sugar, salt, and milk together into a deep dish. Heat oiled pan on medium-high heat. Soak breads in egg/milk mixture and toss onto pan. 2 minutes on each side and you're done.
Serve with powdered sugar or butter. If you have extra egg mixture left you can make scramble eggs although it would be sweet scrambled eggs.
